By accessing and using LeagueForce, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

LeagueForce provides a platform for youth sports league management, including registration, scheduling, communications, and payments.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Registration fees are one-time charges. Refund eligibility is determined by each league’s individual policy.

5. League Administration

League administrators are responsible for managing their league operations, including registration fees, scheduling, and communications. LeagueForce is not responsible for decisions made by league administrators.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the service, or using the platform for unlawful purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

LeagueForce is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
